These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VaultDex ("the app"), provided by Kode Foundry ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use VaultDex for your own collection management. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to break any law or infringe any third party rights.

3. Not affiliated with Pokémon rights holders

VaultDex is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names, logos and card designs are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. You are responsible for how you use images and data relating to cards you own.

4. Prices are estimates, not advice

Card values, trends and estimates shown in the app are for informational purposes only. They are gathered from third party sources and AI research and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. You are solely responsible for any buying, selling, or trading decisions.

5. Third party services

The app relies on third party services for pricing, images and AI research. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes and data you add. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for loss of data stored only on your device.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of pricing data. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kode Foundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or collection value, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to the app and Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kode Foundry's place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules.
